E-2 Treaty Investor Visa

E-2 Visas are generally granted for a period of one to three years and can be renewed as needed, so long as the business is viable and continues to operate. Importantly, E-2 Visas may also allow your spouse to obtain work authorization.

EB-5 Employment Creation Visas/Special Investor Visa
The employment based fifth preference visa option allows for direct application for a green card, based on a qualifying investment and job creation in the United States. In most instances the investor is required to invest a minimum of $1,000,000.00 in a new business venture which will create ten full time jobs for United States Citizens and Permanent Residents.
Qualifying investors will be given conditional residency and must petition for unconditional residency within two years of receiving conditional residency.
